Electronic Purchase
A purchase should feel ordinary: tap, scan, or confirm — then both parties see the same result.
Purchase is everyday spending on the Refah network. A holder pays a merchant; the merchant receives value in their account, not a promise. Institutions can restrict purchases to approved categories when funds are earmarked for food, fuel, or medicine. People who are not in a program can still pay merchants from their own wallet.
Merchants, markets, and program holders who need a clean way to pay and get paid.
How it works
- 01
Present
The holder scans a QR, taps a card, or confirms in the app.
- 02
Authorize
Refah checks balance and any program spending rules.
- 03
Capture
The merchant is credited; the holder is debited.
- 04
Receipt
Both sides keep a record they can export later.

The sale posts when it happens. No waiting to see if the payment stuck.
