Scope
This policy describes how Refah Payment System collects and uses information on this website, including the account-request form. It does not replace the privacy terms that apply once you hold a live RPS wallet, card, or merchant facility.
What we collect
When you request an account we collect your name, email, phone, optional company name, and any notes you send. The site may also record standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use it
We use this information to review applications, contact you about an RPS login, operate and improve the website, and meet legal or regulatory duties. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who host or operate this site, with RPS staff who review applications, and when Afghan law or Da Afghanistan Bank requires it. We do not share application details with unrelated third parties for their marketing.
Retention
Application records are kept for as long as needed to review the request, create or refuse an account, and keep legitimate business and compliance records, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data held for a website application by emailing info@rps.af.
