Balance Inquiry

Balance Inquiry is a fast, safe way for cardholders to view their current available ledger balance. Instead of waiting in line at an institution or branch, agents can instantly assist customers using the integrated Refah/RPS system.

How it works

1. 01

   Insert or swipe card

   Insert or swipe the customer payment card on the RPS POS terminal.

2. 02

   Select Balance Inquiry

   Choose the "Balance Inquiry" option from the main menu.

3. 03

   Enter PIN

   Prompt the customer to securely enter their card PIN.

4. 04

   View & print receipt

   The screen displays the current balance and prints a receipt for the cardholder.
